AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION
PeopleShare is currently seeking to recruit, train and hire health care customer service professionals to assist Medicare members with plan changes, enrollment and benefit questions. If you are friendly, caring and enjoy helping people...we’d love to hear from you! Previous Medicare / Medicaid experience is a plus but not required, pay is $10 - $12 per hour, depending on experience and licensing exam scores.
 
 

Upon successful completion of training requirements the Licensed/Non-Licensed agents will work and operate in a call center environment, dedicated to timely, thorough, and compassionate member care. In this structured inbound/outbound high call center environment, agents are responsible for scheduling Medicare Eligible members for in-home visits, seminars and/ or completing telephonic enrollments.
 
Responsibilities:
Consistently provide members with exceptional customer service
Actively listen to customers and respond appropriately while following a call script
Utilize the company’s computer system to look up and record information regarding a member’s account.
Ability to use multiple software systems while speaking with members
Held to quality data integrity performance standards
Contribute to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production and quality goals.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
Schedule members’ appointments according to the providers’ availability and geographic area they cover.

WORKERS? COMPENSATION CLAIMS SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for management of claim unit operations to ensure that superior services are provided to our affiliates without interruption. This means that appropriate workflow is in place to maintain compliance. This position requires identifying and carrying out department objectives timely and bringing creative strategy to a changing business environment, where achieving excellence is a strongpoint. Ongoing employee training, mentoring and career development is inherent with this position for optimal employee satisfaction. Allows employees the maximum potential of performing jobs to relevant standards, taking consideration to appropriating tools required for effective task completion and reducing barriers to achieve results and open communication. Production of management reports, technical audit of open claim pending and compliance to?company claims practices, troubleshooting on account management issues, approval of claim denials and file closures, monitoring of subrogation claims, approval of reserves to $75,000 incurred, settlement authority to $50,000, category reserve change approvals, reinsurance updates/reporting, screening of medical only losses for technical review/escalation, assist with fraud investigations, fraud programs and reserving guidelines, handle a pending of 15-20 serious/catastrophic loss claims where potential for development exists, employee appraisal completion, assist V.P. with ongoing and develop new vendor relationships, assistance with state jurisdictional compliance issues.

SKILL AND ABILITY PROFILE:


This individual will possess good written and communication skills, be a good listener, work independently and stronghold the understanding of human nature and motivation principles. The candidate will readily control/handle problem issues in times of stress, and/or in a climate of conflict or adversity. This individual will adhere to the code of ethical conduct and recognize the importance of practicing fair claims practice. Must have computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus. Documentation of claim file activities is required. Responsiveness to changing business or customer needs and employee mentoring through company development. Promote a positive path to lead employees in the right direction

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma required; college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. 8 or more years? relevant California or multi-state claims adjusting experience in the workers? compensation field and 2 years of supervisory experience. Relevant state licensing where required. *Experience in the State of California a plus.
